FAQ: Can I use the cell lysates generated from the Luna Cell Ready Lysis Module for two-step RT-qPCR? 

For best results, we recommend using the lysates in one-step RT-qPCR. If cell lysates are planned for two-step RT-qPCR, pilot experiments are recommended to optimize cell lysate inputs. Approximately 200 cells per 20 μl RT reaction is a good starting point for optimization.
